Demolition & Geotechnical Ltd recognise the importance of meeting our social, economic and environmental responsibilities. We have established and continue to develop in these areas.

We encourage to undertake the following

Social Responsibility

• Promote and support continuous development of our employees through training.
• Work with local educational institutions to provide the opportunities for students to gain experience within our specialist industry.
• Support local charity works.
• Provide the opportunity for the organisation to be involved with the local community.

Economic Responsibilities

• Work in a collaborative and ethical environment with our supply chain and our end clients
• Where applicable and reasonable, source goods locally to support the wider local community.

Environmental Responsibility

• Drive improvements in the energy performance of the business
• Actively look at opportunities to reduce the environmental impact of our business to
  the wider environment.
• Look at where the business is at present and has a looks positive upon its future commitment towards the environment for the next generation.

This policy is reviewed on an annual basis and is communicated to all member of staff and is made publicly available on our website for both communication to the wider supply chain and subcontractors.
