The Directors and Management of Demolition & Geotechnical Ltd are committed to operating every aspect of the business to those standards that; offer the highest possible quality of service to all clients, are compliant with all applicable legislative requirements and that deliver the intended outputs. This is supported by a progressive senior management style that encourages the Quality culture throughout the Company.
To reinforce this commitment a Quality Management System, designed to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems operates in all areas of the Company, we shall.
- Ensure that the Company operates effectively and efficiently and meets the needs of customers.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the Quality Management System by audits, management reviews and by adopting a risk-based approach with effective corrective actions.
- The Managing Director has responsibility for the implementation of the Quality Policy; however all personnel have been made aware of the Management commitment to this policy and to Quality in general and are encouraged to demonstrate their own support to the system by continuous active participation.
- Provide value for money by means of good workmanship. And complete all works within an agreed programme.
- The Policy which is reviewed annually to implement the company’s policy of continual
improvement and where necessary amending and improving our operational procedures.
A copy of this Quality Policy will be prominently displayed and made available to view for all parties on our website.
